What you’ll do As a Risk Operations Associate, you’ll execute and improve the operational programs required to meet financial partner and regulatory requirements, including those of card networks and global financial institutions. You’ll investigate complex partner and merchant activity, make informed decisions, and take ownership of cases from initial review through resolution. This role is well suited to someone who is naturally curious, enjoys solving ambiguous problems, and can use sound judgment rather than relying only on a prescribed workflow. Responsib
