Senior Manager - HR Business Partner

Role Overview: We are looking for a strategic HR Business Partner to drive the people agenda, HR transformation and business-aligned HR solutions for a large organisation. Requirements: - Seasoned HR Partner with min. 10 years of core HR Partnering experience. Strong HRBP experience managing large employee populations. - Expertise in employee relations, performance management, talent management, workforce planning, and organizational development. - Experience partnering with business leaders to drive people strategy and HR transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with business leaders to drive HR strategy, workforce planning and succession planning. - Drive talent acquisition, engagement, retention and diversity initiatives. - Leverage HR analytics, metrics and market trends to identify people priorities and solutions. - Lead performance management, employee development and training initiatives. - Handle employee relations, grievances and investigations with fairness and confidentiality. - Drive HR transformation, change management and continuous improvement. - Lead core HR processes and support development of HR policies and practices. - Partner with C&B on reward, recognition, compensation and benefits initiatives. - Coach managers and provide insights on critical people and organisational issues. - Benchmark industry/competition practices and recommend strategic HR interventions.
