Company: Peptobiotics Peptobiotics is a Singaporean Biotechnology company pioneering biotechnology solutions for agriculture industry challenges, our first product is a recombinant antimicrobial peptide that replaces the use of antibiotics in the aquaculture industry. Read more about them here.
We are hiring a Ops & Supply Chain Manager to run day-to-day operations and streamline procurement, manufacturing, inventory, and logistics across Singapore, Vietnam, India, China, and Indonesia. Responsibilties Coordinate procurement, inventory, and logistics with global partners.
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and vendors for compliance. Support manufacturing cost control and supplier negotiations. Support supplier sourcing and selection. Work closely with OEMs and logistics teams.
Supply generally across the startup – organising events, product registrations, supporting new team members, etc. Capabilities Minimum 3 years of supply chain or procurement experiences (manufacturing/export a plus).
Operations experience Pricing negotiation experiences Startup experiences is a plus Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin) . Hands-on, organized, and adaptable in a fast-moving startup.
