Job Description

About the Role : We are looking for a highly skilled Data Scientist with a strong focus on linear optimization and mathematical modeling. The role involves designing, developing, validating, and optimizing optimization models and integrating them into an existing optimization pipeline. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders and developers to deliver data-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities : - Develop and validate linear optimization models - Optimize and maintain existing models - Implement models using Python and Gurobi - Collaborate with stakeholders and engineering teams - Communicate analytical insights to non-technical audiences Required Skills : - 6 - 10 years of experience in data science / optimization - Strong experience in Python and Gurobi - Hands-on experience with linear optimization - Experience working with large datasets - Familiarity with Git and Excel - Degree in a quantitative field (CS, Math, Statistics, Economics) Good to Have : - SQL, Solver framework - Logistics / supply-chain domain experience Additional Information : - Experience in logistics or supply chain optimization is an advantage. - Creativity and innovation in applying data to solve business problems. - Willingness to continuously learn.
