Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure accurate financial planning and alignment with organizational growth targets.
- Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to evaluate business performance, identify risks, and uncover potential revenue-generating opportunities for the leadership team.
- Perform comprehensive variance analysis to explain financial performance gaps, providing clear recommendations to stakeholders to course-correct and optimize operational spending.
- Partner with department heads to track key performance indicators, ensuring that financial discipline is maintained across all business units.
- Prepare high-impact management reports and presentations that distill complex financial narratives into clear, executive-ready insights for board-level reviews.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated expertise in financial planning and analysis, with a proven track record of managing complex budgeting cycles and multi-year forecasting in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, with the ability to build scalable, error-free models that support strategic business decisions.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders and influence decision-making at the management level.
- Exceptional analytical rigor and attention to detail, ensuring high levels of accuracy in all financial reporting and data-driven recommendations.
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, managing multiple priorities across different time zones and collaborating effectively with distributed teams.
- A Masters degree in Finance, MBA, or a professional qualification like CA/CFA is preferred, reflecting a strong foundation in corporate finance principles.
- Candidates must possess 7 - 12 years of relevant experience in a high-growth corporate finance or consulting setting.
