Job Description

Summary: Our client is the new Capability centre/ Talent hub of a US leader in Professional Services & Consulting. This role will work with the country head in India and Program Manage and define strategic initiatives for the firm in India. This is a unique role designed for someone who enjoys variety, learns quickly, and thrives in ambiguity. The role will provide exposure to virtually every aspect of running and scaling a growing organization, from strategic projects and executive communications to problem-solving, stakeholder coordination, and special assignments. The successful candidate will act as a trusted execution partner for the Managing Director, helping transform ideas into action while ensuring impactful results. Key Results: 1. Program & Project Execution: Lead and coordinate high-priority initiatives sponsored by the country head. Key activities include: - Develop project plans and execution roadmaps. - Coordinate with stakeholders and remove execution roadblocks. - Identify risks, dependencies, and escalation points. - Ensure commitments are translated into action and completed on time. 2. Executive Communications & Insights: Help the country head communicate effectively, make informed decisions, and stay ahead of emerging issues. Key Activities include: - Conducting research and analysis to support decision-making. - Structuring complex topics into clear recommendations. - Capturing decisions and ensuring follow-through. - Create transition roadmaps & role profiles for new roles in India. Candidate Profile: - 7-10 years of experience in PMO, strategy, business operations or executive office. - Demonstrated success managing projects involving multiple senior stakeholders. - Exposure to professional services firms is a good to have. - Experience supporting senior leaders is essential. - Exceptional communication skills. - Strong execution focus. - Comfortable operating without a playbook.
