Strategy Consultant - Market Access & Pricing - Life Sciences

: Role & Responsibilities: Professional Experience: - 2-4 years of experience post-MBA, ideally in strategy consulting, Big 4 firms, market access/pricing consulting, or a pricing/market access function in industry, with a focus on Life Sciences and healthcare (MedTech) market access, pricing, and reimbursement. Industry Experience: - Ideally in one or more of the following ways: 1. Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, or Biotechnology (US / EU) 2. Market access, Pricing & Reimbursement, or Commercialization 3. Healthcare Consulting, Market Access Consulting, or related Healthcare Strategy functions US / EU Healthcare Ecosystem: - Working understanding of Commercial Payers, Medicare, Medicaid, PBMs, Providers, Specialty Pharmacy, and Distribution, and of how market access stakeholders incentives shape access and economics. Analytical Skills: - Technical foundation in building analytical solutions, working with complex data sets, performing quantitative analysis, and synthesizing insights and recommendations. Core Skills: - Strong client communication, stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration (HEOR, RWE, commercial, medical, technical teams), executive-quality presentation and storytelling, strategic thinking, and the ability to independently structure and solve ambiguous business problems. Technology Transformation Focus Area: - CRM and CLM tools like Conga, IntegriChain, ICER, Model N, Salesforce, etc. in Life Sciences / MedTech (not exhaustive). Tools Experience: - Working proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and AI tools.
