Job Description
In-charge, manage and oversee retail outlets under 7-Eleven banner (24/7) for franchisee.
Oversee end-to-end operations, ordering of goods, manage stock variance.
Ensure Standard Operating Procedures are followed strictly.
Make decisions on customers' issues and service recovery.
Drive, analyze, improve and achieve sales and service performance.
Train and manage staff.
