DevOps Engineer***

This will be a 1-year contract position based in One North.

Responsibilities

Responsible for end-to-end CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD or equivalent platforms. Improve delivery speed, quality and repeatability by automating build, test, security scanning, release and deployment processes.

Develop and maintain reusable pipeline templates, deployment standards and engineering guardrails across development teams. Containerized workloads management by using Docker and Kubernetes platforms such as AKS, EKS, GKE or on-premises Kubernetes.

Cloud and platform infrastructure provisioning and management by using Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates or CloudFormation). Assisting cloud management on Microsoft Azure, AWS and/or Google Cloud Platform (identity, networking, compute, storage and platform services).

Responsible for observability using metrics, logs, traces, dashboards and alerts through tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch, Datadog or Azure Monitor.

Implement DevSecOps controls (SAST, DAST, dependency and container scanning, secrets management, policy checks and compliance evidence, into delivery pipelines). Responsible for source-code repositories, branching strategies, artefact repositories, release processes and environment promotion controls.

Leverage on Bash, PowerShell, Python, Ansible or equivalent tools to automate configuration and operational tasks.

Examine infrastructure and deployment incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions Responsible for technical documentation, platform standards, operational runbooks and disaster-recovery procedures.

Perpetual improvement on delivery performance, platform resilience, security posture, developer experience and operational efficiency.
