Business Analyst - Agile

Role : Business Analyst Experience : 6-8 Years Location : Hyderabad Job Description : We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with 6-8 years of experience to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding business needs, translating them into clear requirements, and working closely with business and technical teams to deliver effective solutions. Key Responsibilities : - Engage with stakeholders to understand business objectives, challenges, and requirements. - Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements. - Translate business requirements into clear user stories, process flows, and functional specifications. - Collaborate with development, QA, product, and other cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle. - Identify gaps in existing processes and recommend improvements or optimized solutions. - Facilitate requirement-gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder discussions. - Support solution design by providing detailed business and functional insights. - Review deliverables to ensure they align with defined business requirements. - Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT), including test scenarios, validation, and issue resolution. - Track requirement changes and ensure proper communication across stakeholders. - Prepare business documentation, reports, process maps, and other project artifacts. Required Skills : - 68 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst. - Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and requirement management. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. - Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop practical solutions. - Experience in requirement elicitation, documentation, and validation. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. - Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams. - Good understanding of SDLC and Agile/Waterfall project environments. Preferred Qualifications : - Bachelors degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline. - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is an advantage. - Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, or similar business analysis tools.
