Key Responsibilities: • 5 9 years of overall IT experience with 2 years as a Scrum Master • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies Scrum Kanban • Hands on experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and Agile delivery • Proven experience in client stakeholder management • Experience in reporting metrics tracking and dashboards • Familiarity with Agile tools • JIRA Azure DevOps Rally • Strong understanding of SDLC and project management principles • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Technical Requirements: • Primary skills Process Development Methodology Infosys Global Agile methodology Process Development Methodology Scrum Additional Responsibilities: • Experience in Scaled Agile frameworks SAFe LeSS • Knowledge of project management tools and reporting tools Power BI Excel dashboards • Exposure to DevOps environments and CI CD practices • Experience working with cross functional global teams • Background in technical roles developer tester BA is a plus Preferred Skills: Foundational->Development Methodology->Infosys Global Agile methodology->Scrum master,Foundational->Development Methodology->Scrum Skills: Power Bi, Less, Agile Methodologies, Rally, excel dashboards , Safe, Kanban, Scrum, Jira, Azure Devops Experience: 5.00-9.00 Years
