EXECUTIVE HUMAN RESOURCE SERVICE Human Resources Consultants POSITION: HRIS Technology Consultant, Workday - TECH#736 JOB CATEGORY: HR Management - HR Information Systems INDUSTRY: Financial Services LOCATION: Fully Remote JOB LINK: SALARY: $105K - $130K - Based on Experience BENEFITS: Full Benefits Package QUALIFICATIONS: Although, Individual are encouraged to apply, the Ideal candidate with the following experience will only be considered.

Requirements

for HRIS Technology Consultant, Workday Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field required. Advanced degree preferred. 5+ years of progressive HRIS experience supporting enterprise HR technology platforms.

3+ years of hands-on Workday administration, configuration, implementation, and support experience. Experience supporting multiple Workday functional areas including HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent Management, Security, Payroll, Time Tracking, Learning, or Performance Management.

Experience gathering business requirements, documenting processes, configuring solutions, and conducting user acceptance testing. Experience managing Workday releases, updates, and feature deployments.

Experience supporting HR technology initiatives within the financial services, banking, insurance, wealth management, or related regulated industries preferred. Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, system integrations, and organizational change initiatives preferred.

Must be US Citizen or Authorized to Work in the United States SKILLS: Skills and Abilities Required for HRIS Technology Consultant, Workday Strong knowledge of Workday business process configuration and optimization. Experience with Workday reporting, dashboards, calculated fields, and analytics.

Understanding of Workday security administration and role-based access controls. Knowledge of data governance, data management, and HR compliance requirements. Experience with system
