Job Description
Greetings Everyone Scrum Master We are seeking a skilled Scrum Master with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) experience to lead Agile development teams in delivering high-quality eCommerce solutions.
The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and a strong understanding of SFCC project delivery cycles. You will work closely with developers, architects, QA, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth, efficient, and timely delivery of SFCC initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Retrospective meetings. Coordinate with cross-functional teams working on SFCC (B2C) implementations, enhancements, and support. Remove roadblocks and impediments to ensure team velocity and productivity.
Ensure the SFCC delivery team adheres to Agile principles and practices. Work closely with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize product backlogs. Track team performance using Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts, etc.) Help foster a culture of continuous improvement within the SFCC delivery team.
Drive communication between business stakeholders and technical teams. Identify project risks and dependencies and propose mitigation plans. Coach team members and stakeholders in Agile best practices. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, with at least 2 years on SFCC projects . Solid understanding of Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2C) project lifecycle and delivery practices. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification. Experience using Agile tools (e. g. , Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to handle multiple SFCC teams or projects simultaneously. Who are we?
