Educational Qualification
• MS / DNB Ophthalmology
• Fellowship in Oculoplasty (mandatory)
Experience
• 6–8 years post-fellowship
Must-Have Skills
• Functional and cosmetic oculoplasty procedures
• Lacrimal surgeries
• Lid and adnexal reconstruction
• OPD-to-OT independent case handling
• Exposure to trauma and complex reconstructions
• Teaching experience
• Multidisciplinary coordination (ENT / neurosurgery)
