Critical Care and ICU Registered Nurse

Canadian Critical Care and ICU Nurses Wanted in the USA IntelliStaff Medical is recruiting experienced Canadian Critical Care and Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurses for full-time employment opportunities in the United States. These Critical Care and ICU RN positions are for Canadian nurses who have completed the NCLEX-RN, have recent North American hospital experience, and are willing to relocate to the United States. Critical Care and ICU RN Responsibilities • Assessing and monitoring critically ill patients • Managing complex and rapidly changing medical conditions • Administering medications, blood products, and IV therapies • Caring for mechanically ventilated patients • Managing arterial lines, central lines, and critical care equipment • Administering and monitoring vasoactive medications • Providing ventilator and airway-management support • Performing hemodynamic monitoring • Responding to emergencies and changes in patient condition • Developing and updating individualized nursing care plans • Maintaining accurate clinical documentation • Educating patients and families • Collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams • Following infection-prevention and patient-safety procedures Minimum Requirements • Canadian citizenship; required for TN visa eligibility • Active Canadian RN registration in good standing • Bachelor of Science in Nursing • NCLEX-RN successfully completed • VisaScreen or Visa4Nurses Certificate completed or in progress • Eligibility to obtain a nursing licence in the applicable U.S. state • At least one year of recent North American hospital-based Critical Care or ICU RN experience • Current BLS and ACLS certifications • Experience caring for mechanically ventilated and high-acuity patients • Strong English communication and clinical documentation skills • Willingness to relocate to the United States Compensation and Benefits These Critical Care and ICU RN positions pay approximately $44 to $66 CAD per hour , depending on the position, location, schedule, and experience.
