The Role As the Event Marketing Specialist, you will own end-to-end delivery of the annual international event programme, covering around 20 physical events and 5 webinars, from trade shows and conferences to customer user groups and online formats, all tied to clear commercial KPIs. - Plan and deliver the global event calendar across physical and virtual formats - Project manage all event stages from logistics and branding to reporting - Support budget planning, forecasting and spend tracking across the portfolio - Coordinate demand generation campaigns aligned to event activity - Manage webinar delivery across platforms including Zoom and Microsoft Teams - Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to keep events on track - Contribute to quarterly and annual integrated marketing plans The Candidate The right Event Marketing Specialist will have solid experience managing in person trade shows, conferences and webinars end to end, as well as hands-on virtual delivery via Zoom or Microsoft Teams. You'll be comfortable with budget planning and forecasting, and have handled international event delivery before. A background in demand generation campaign support will strengthen your application.
