Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze end-to-end supply chain performance metrics to identify gaps in distribution efficiency and recommend data-backed process improvements for the operations team.
- Manage the integration and maintenance of ERP modules to ensure accurate data flow across manufacturing and planning departments, facilitating better inventory control.
- Collaborate with project management teams to track the lifecycle of manufacturing initiatives, ensuring that project milestones are met within defined timelines and budget constraints.
- Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications for system enhancements, enabling the IT team to build solutions that solve real-world operational hurdles.
- Monitor demand planning accuracy and distribution schedules to minimize stock-outs and optimize warehouse utilization, directly impacting customer satisfaction levels.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging ERP systems to manage manufacturing workflows and supply chain data, with a strong ability to translate technical outputs into business strategy.
- Proven capability in project management methodologies, specifically within a manufacturing context, ensuring that cross-functional teams remain aligned on project goals.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex data findings clearly to both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills to navigate a collaborative, on-site work environment in Mumbai, fostering relationships across various levels of the organization.
- A degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field, complemented by a proactive mindset that thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth industrial setting.
