Job Summary Identify operational challenges and gather detailed business requirements to recommend improvements that enhance efficiency and support strategic growth. Collaborate across teams to implement productivity initiatives and develop reporting tools for actionable business insights.
Responsibilities
Analyze current operational processes to identify problems and gather detailed requirements for actionable improvements Capture and analyze functional and non-functional requirements to ensure thorough understanding of business needs Collect and interpret data to support strategic decision-making for business expansion Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them effectively Collaborate with cross-functional teams to secure support and alignment for business projects Coordinate with department teams to implement productivity improvements and monitor their outcomes Develop and maintain reporting tools to deliver accurate and timely business insights Able to take stress and work long hours Preferred competencies and qualifications Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field Demonstrated problem-solving skills through resolving complex business challenges Proficient technical writing skills to document requirements and project details clearly Effective interpersonal communication skills to engage stakeholders and facilitate collaboration
