SDE3 - Full Stack Developer

Dream11 is seeking a highly skilled SDE3 - Full Stack Developer to be a strong technical contributor throughout our development lifecycle. If you have extensive hands-on experience with Node.js/NestJS and React/React Native, a deep understanding of microservices, and a knack for solving complex system challenges, you'll build and scale high-quality, high-performance features. Your Role • Actively engage in every stage of the development lifecycle , from design to production. • Take ownership of the full development lifecycle, from system design to deployment and monitoring . • Build scalable, reusable code , ensuring high performance and reliability. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and release new features . • Diagnose and resolve complex issues , optimizing platform performance. • Lead by example in solving problems and driving technical decisions , while also mentoring fellow engineers. • Develop and support microservice-based architecture in a distributed system. Qualifications • 6+ years of hands-on experience with Node.js/NestJS . • 4+ years working within the React/React Native ecosystems . • Proven experience solving complex, large-scale system challenges . • Strong experience with AWS or any cloud platform . • In-depth knowledge of microservices and distributed systems . • Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide engineers while contributing directly to coding and architecture.
