Office Manager - Legal Affairs Location: Cleveland, OH (Downtown) Job Type: Contract-to-Hire Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Pay Rate: $30.

00/hour Start Date: Immediate Opening We are seeking an experienced Office Manager - Legal Affairs to provide administrative leadership and operational support within a busy legal department.

This role is ideal for a highly organized professional with extensive legal administrative experience who can manage office operations, supervise support staff, and maintain confidential legal records in a fast-paced environment. Important: This position is fully onsite.

Candidates should note that employee-paid parking is required .

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary administrative support to the Legal Affairs leadership team. Supervise and coordinate the work of legal secretarial staff. Manage office workflows, priorities, deadlines, and administrative processes. Prepare, organize, and maintain legal files, records, and confidential documents.

Draft and process correspondence, legal documents, reports, and case materials. Coordinate court-related documentation and attorney support activities. Handle incoming calls, correspondence, and office communications. Process incoming and outgoing mail and maintain filing systems.

Assist with budgeting activities, expenditure tracking, and recordkeeping. Support personnel-related functions, including training, evaluations, and records management. Coordinate travel and scheduling arrangements for legal staff. Ensure compliance with office procedures and document retention practices.

Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Extensive, progressively responsible administrative and supervisory experience in a legal office environment. Strong understanding of legal office procedures, practices, and secretarial techniques.

Knowledge of legal terminology, legal document preparation, and legal correspondence. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and
