Role : Python Full Stack Developer Position Details : Position : Python Full Stack Developer / Staff Engineer Experience : 6 to 10 years Location : Hyderabad Relocation : Pan India candidates willing to relocate may apply Notice Period : Immediate to 30 days Work Mode : Hybrid 2 days per week from client office Role Overview : We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Staff Engineer with strong expertise in Python and React to design and develop scalable, high-performance web applications and data-driven user interfaces. The ideal candidate will work across backend services, frontend applications, APIs and interactive dashboards while contributing to architecture, performance, security and engineering best practices. Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop and maintain full-stack applications using Python, FastAPI and React. - Build scalable and high-performance backend APIs and services. - Develop interactive data applications and dashboards using Streamlit. - Design and implement reusable, responsive UI components using React. - Integrate frontend applications with RESTful and GraphQL APIs. - Design efficient MySQL database schemas and optimize queries. - Implement authentication, authorization and secure communication mechanisms. - Ensure application performance, scalability, reliability and security. - Write clean, maintainable and well-tested code. - Participate in technical design discussions, architecture reviews and code reviews. - Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering best practices. - Collaborate effectively with frontend, backend and cross-functional teams. Required Skills & Experience : - 6 to 10 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Engineer, Backend Engineer or similar role. - Strong proficiency in Python. - Hands-on experience with FastAPI. - Strong hands-on experience with React, JavaScript and TypeScript. - Experience developing data-driven applications using Streamlit. - Experience integrating applications with RESTful and GraphQL APIs. - Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, accessibility and cross-browser compatibility. - Knowledge of frontend performance optimization techniques. - Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases. - Hands-on experience with MySQL, including schema design and query optimization. - Understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns and secure coding practices. - Experience with testing methodologies and frameworks, including TDD, JUnit and Cucumber. - Knowledge of performance testing tools and practices. - Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP. - Understanding of distributed systems fundamentals. - Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD, Jenkins and Docker. - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. - Ability to contribute to technical design and architecture decisions. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Demonstrated ability to mentor junior engineers. Good to Have : - Experience with Splunk or Datadog. - Experience with advanced performance testing. - Exposure to cloud-native application development. - Experience working with data visualization and analytical applications. - Experience leading technical initiatives and architecture discussions. Education : BE/B.Tech/MCA or any relevant postgraduate qualification preferred.
