Job Description
Today, Amazon Web Services provides a highly reliable, scalable, low-cost infrastructure platform in the cloud that powers hundreds of thousands of businesses in 190 countries around the world.
The AWS - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field - Experience with fiber optic and copper cabling standards, testing equipment & troubleshooting methodologies - Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal - Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, or experience working with customers with a passion for delivering exceptional service - Knowledge of software development practices and data center/infrastructure/networking technologies - 5+ years of technical infrastructure management experience, including network construction management and/or program management in a telecom environment - Strong technical understanding of transport technologies (Fiber, DWDM, etc.)
