ROC OverviewRelay Operations Center (ROC) is the central command and control center for ‘Transportation Execution’ across the Amazon Supply Chain network supporting multiple geographies like NA, India - 2+ years of program or project management experience - 1+ years of supply chain experience - Experience working with customers with a passion for delivering exceptional service, or experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities and experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems - Experience in a 24x7 operational services or support environment - Experience with tools/systems to analyze data including Excel, Access, SQL or other data management systems - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/related discipline with 2-4 years of work experience
