Product Manager - Bank Solutions/Merchant Acquiring & Payment Solutions - FinTech

Role Summary The role will be responsible for building and scaling bank-led payment and acquiring solutions across enterprise, SMB, and government segments. The candidate will work closely with banks, product, technology, and sales teams to create scalable payment solutions aligned with business and market requirements. Key Responsibilities - Build and manage bank-led payment and acquiring solutions - Drive merchant acquiring opportunities with partner banks - Support enterprise and government payment solutioning - Coordinate with Product, Tech, Risk, Ops, and Sales teams - Improve merchant onboarding and payment acceptance journeys - Support RFPs, proposals, and client presentations - Build customized payment constructs for enterprise clients - Drive adoption and implementation across channels Desired Candidate Profile - 4-7 years of relevant experience in banking, fintech, or payments - Strong understanding of acquiring, payment gateways, UPI, cards, QR, and digital payment ecosystems - Experience managing bank partnerships and cross-functional stakeholders - Strong communication, analytical, and solutioning skills Success Metrics - Solution-led revenue growth - Bank partner adoption - Merchant activation - RFP conversion and implementation success
