activities • Analyze existing ILT content and work with subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify gaps in product knowledge, information hierarchy, etc; • Extract raw, complex technical information and synthesize it into structured, logical, and user-friendly content; • Redesign, design, develop, and maintain ILT training assets including, but not limited to, instructor guides, student workbooks, and slide decks using Adobe Indesign, Powerpoint and Google Slides; • Write concise, technical, and effective instructional content for a variety of deliverables, including lesson plans, guides, and more; • Design valid measurement instruments, mapping competencies, and aligning assessments with learning objectives; • Proactively use LLMs (i.e. Google Gemini, NotebookLM) and AI tools to assist with content creation and operational efficiencies; • Follow a scalable and repeatable process in the scoping, creation, and maintenance of content; • Collaborate with SMEs to ensure technical accuracy and relevance of content; • Work closely with project manager(s) and team leads to ensure training content is focused on the right content and fills knowledge gaps; requirements • Certification in education, adult education, communications, instructional design, instructional technology, curriculum studies, or a related field; • A minimum 1+ year of related experience; • Strong background with publishing tools and graphic editors such as Adobe Indesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator; • Aptitude to learn new technologies and software quickly and be able to convey the meaning of complex concepts clearly to a broad audience; • Advanced English proficiency. benefits Auxilio trabalho híbrido R$ 88,00 Vale refeição (R$48,00/ dia) Convênio médico Convênio odontológico Seguro de vida
