✅ Opportunity to work with leading security and surveillance technologies Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of Technical Officers responsible for security systems servicing, maintenance, troubleshooting, and support Oversee the end-to-end service and maintenance workflow to ensure timely project delivery and customer satisfaction Act as the primary point of contact for clients on all service and maintenance-related matters Plan manpower deployment, resource allocation, and service schedules to meet operational requirements Drive service quality, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders Handle escalations, technical issues, and customer feedback professionally Monitor service performance, project milestones, and operational KPIs Ensure proper documentation of infrastructure, systems, maintenance activities, and operational processes Support system testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and technical problem resolution when required Mentor, coach, and develop team members to enhance technical capabilities and performance Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, service methodologies, and training programs Collaborate with internal departments and customers to deliver effective technical solutions Requirements Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines Minimum 6 years of r
