Job Title: Salesforce Technical Consultant Location: 100% Remote (U. S.) Position Type: Full-time, Direct W2 Salary Range: $130,000–$145,000 Annually Experience Required: 6+ years Sponsorship: U. S. Citizens, Green Card Holders, EAD Holders, and H-1B transfer candidates are encouraged to apply.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Consultant to design and build production-grade Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and integration platforms.

The role is deeply hands-on, with responsibility for delivering custom business logic, integrations, user interfaces, and automation that meet complex enterprise requirements while respecting platform limits and long-term maintainability.

The ideal candidate has shipped meaningful Salesforce work in production, writes idiomatic Apex and modern LWC, and balances declarative-first thinking with the willingness to write code where it provides clear value. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Five or more years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. Deep expertise in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and platform limits. Strong proficiency in Lightning Web Components and modern JavaScript. Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs. Hands-on experience with Flow and declarative automation.

Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and sharing. Experience with Salesforce DX and modern source-driven development. Salesforce Platform Developer I certification. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce Platform Developer II certification. Expe
