About the Role :
We are looking for an experienced and business-focused Vice President - Human Resources to lead the HR function for a global client in Hyderabad supporting a workforce of over 5,000 employees.
The role will partner closely with business and delivery leadership teams to drive talent strategy, organizational effectiveness, leadership development, employee engagement, and HR transformation initiatives in a fast-paced global environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategy with organizational and growth objectives.
- Drive workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, and capability development.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on people strategy, culture, and organizational effectiveness.
- Lead large-scale HR transformation and change management initiatives.
- Build robust talent management and succession planning frameworks.
- Drive leadership development initiatives for mid-level and senior management talent.
- Strengthen internal mobility and career progression frameworks.
- Partner with business leaders to identify and develop future leadership pipelines.
- Foster a high-performance, inclusive, and engagement-driven culture.
- Lead employee engagement programs, retention initiatives, and workforce communication strategies.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization.
- Build a strong employee value proposition aligned to the company's growth journey.
- Work closely with delivery, operations, technology, and corporate leadership teams.
- Support business growth through scalable HR frameworks and workforce readiness.
- Drive productivity, performance culture, and organizational agility.
- Act as a key escalation point for complex people matters.
Desired Experience and Qualification:
- 18+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
- Strong exposure to large employee populations within IT Services, GCC, Technology, Consulting, or Digital Operations environments.
- Experience partnering with senior business and delivery stakeholders.
- Proven capability in managing HR transformation, talent strategy, and organizational growth.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
