Ensures compliance with department regulations, and procedures in conformance with administrative policies and accredited agencies. Assists in developing standards for organization and supervision of food service. Performs other related duties as assigned or requested. Education and Training: Must be a high school graduate or equivalent Experience: At least one year of experience in preparing patient formulas and serving diet foods PAM HEALTH (PAM) based in Enola, Pennsylvania, provides specialty healthcare services through more than 80 locations, as well as wound clinics and outpatient physical therapy locations, in 17 states.
