Job Description

Our Graphic Designer is moving on to a new chapter, and we're looking for someone to step into a role that touches almost everything a customer sees from ECO. - from the email that lands in their inbox, to the banner on our website, to the ad that stops their scroll on social. About ECO. ECO. Modern Essentials is a Gold Coast based wellness brand specialising in 100% pure essential oils and blends to support overall health and wellbeing. The team at ECO. all live and breathe our brand values: we work for each other; we do the right thing; we care about our customers and our planet; and we bring a positive energy to work each day. About the Role As our Graphic Designer, you'll be the creative engine behind ECO.'s marketing output - turning briefs from the marketing team into on-brand, scroll-stopping visuals across email, SMS, app, website and social. Twelve months in, you'll have built a design rhythm that keeps ECO. instantly recognisable everywhere customers find us, and you'll be trusted to take a brief and run with it with minimal back-and-forth. What You'll Do • Design email marketing campaign creative based on briefed content that supports the monthly marketing calendar • Build App app homepage banners and stories, keeping the customer journey visually consistent • Create website and landing page banners, PDP imagery and onsite promotional assets • Edit e-commerce and studio style imagery taken in house • Produce paid social media graphics, and organic when required. • Design supporting collateral for marketing campaigns including recipe booklets, postcards, shelf strips, sporadic wholesale collateral. • Label & box artwork for new product ranges and packaging improvements • Maintain and evolve ECO.'s visual brand identity so every asset feels unmistakably ECO. • Manage your own design queue across Canva (using our template and folder system) and Adobe Creative Suite, balancing multiple briefs and deadlines at once What We're Looking For Required: • 2+ years' experience as a graphic designer, ideally for an e-commerce or DTC brand • A strong portfolio showing range across digital and social formats • Confident working in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign) and Canva • Solid understanding of typography, colour and layout, and how to keep a brand consistent across many small assets • Comfortable managing multiple briefs and deadlines independently • Takes a brief and direction well, and iterates quickly on feedback Preferred (nice to have): • Experience designing for the health, wellness or beauty industry • Familiarity with Shopify, email/SMS platforms, or app content management tools • Exposure to packaging or print production How to Apply • Submit your portfolio with your cover letter in application • Submit your CV in application
