Role Responsibilities • Assess and monitor patient health conditions. • Develop and implement individualized patient care plans. • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care. • Educate patients and their families about health management and disease prevention. • Document patient care activities accurately in electronic medical records. • Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and protocols at all times. Qualifications • Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN). • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred. • Previous experience in a clinical setting is an advantage. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
