GyanSys - Senior .Net Technical Lead

About the Role : We are looking for an experienced Senior .NET Technical Lead with strong hands-on expertise in .NET application development, C#, ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, Microservices, SQL Server, Azure, and CI/CD. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with leadership capabilities, taking ownership of end-to-end application development, modernization, performance optimization, and delivery while mentoring engineering teams. Key Responsibilities : - Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale .NET applications. - Develop scalable and maintainable applications using C#, ASP.NET Core/.NET Core, and .NET 6/7/8. - Design and develop secure and high-performing Web APIs. - Design, develop, and implement Microservices-based architectures. - Lead application modernization initiatives and migrate legacy applications to modern .NET and cloud-native architectures. - Design and optimize SQL Server databases, queries, stored procedures, and data access layers. - Identify and resolve application and database performance bottlenecks. - Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or similar tools. - Work with Azure services to build, deploy, and manage cloud-based applications. - Follow engineering best practices including SOLID principles, design patterns, clean code, and SDLC standards. - Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding and architectural standards. - Mentor developers and provide technical guidance to the engineering team. - Lead projects independently and drive end-to-end technical delivery. - Collaborate with product owners, architects, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. - Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of engineering practices. Mandatory Skills : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. - 710+ years of hands-on experience in .NET application development. - Strong expertise in : 1. C# 2. ASP.NET Core / .NET Core 3. .NET 6/7/8 4. Web APIs - Hands-on experience with Microservices Architecture. - Strong knowledge of SQL Server and database optimization. - Experience with Microsoft Azure. - Experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines. - Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, or similar version control and DevOps tools. - Strong understanding of : 1. SDLC 2. Design Patterns 3. SOLID Principles 4. Agile Methodologies - Experience in application modernization. - Strong experience in application performance optimization. - Strong technical leadership and mentoring capabilities. Preferred Skills : - Experience using AI-assisted coding tools such as GitHub Copilot or ChatGPT. - Experience with Docker and Kubernetes. - Exposure to cloud-native application development. - Experience with Event-Driven Architecture. - Exposure to RabbitMQ or Kafka. - Knowledge of CQRS and Domain-Driven Design (DDD). - Experience working on large-scale enterprise applications.
