Job Summary: The Remedial Teacher is responsible for supporting students who require additional academic assistance to achieve learning objectives. The role involves delivering tailored lessons, monitoring progress, and creating a positive and encouraging learning environment. Key Responsibilities: • Lesson Planning and Delivery: Develop and implement remedial lesson plans to address individual student learning gaps • Student Assessment: Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing targeted feedback and support • Learning Environment: Create a supportive, engaging, and inclusive classroom atmosphere to foster learning and confidence • Communication: Maintain regular communication with students, parents, and school staff regarding academic performance and progress • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other teachers and school staff to identify and address student learning needs Skills: Effective Communication, Classroom Management, Lesson Planning, Student assessment Experience: 3.00-5.00 Years
