Senior Graphic Designer

The Senior Graphic Designer will sit within the People & Culture team and be responsible for supporting the development and execution of graphic design solutions that meet our design and content standards for Fairfax's and NBFC's print and electronic communications. They are experts in creativity, and they know how to bring a concept to life. They are also passionate about coming up with new and fabulous ways of creating materials in different media to connect with the audience. We want your talent! If you're great at : • Designing corporate reports and newsletter for digital and print media • Planning and designing collateral for conferences, such as PowerPoint presentations, brochures, banner stands, etc. • Creating graphics, such as infographics, banners, illustrations, icons, logos, etc. • Developing and executing materials within brand guidelines • Creating animations and videos to illustrate a concept or inspire action And if you have: • 5+ years of experience in creative roles (creative agency or in-house) • Senior-level design skills with capability in print and digital • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software • Strong understanding of design principles and best practices • Proficiency in digital image capture and editing in both photography and video platforms We really mean it when we say we put you first.
