Siebel CRM Business Analyst

Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Siebel CRM Business Analyst with strong expertise in Telecom, Siebel CRM, Siebel Order Management, Integration, Loyalty Management, and EAI. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Siebel 7.x and 8.x implementations, particularly across Order Management and PCM, along with strong system design and business process understanding. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Siebel CRM solutions. - Work on Siebel CRM 7.x and 8.x implementation and application development. - Design and support Siebel solutions for Order Management and PCM. - Understand and translate Telecom business processes into Siebel CRM solutions. - Work on Siebel configuration, workflows, integrations, and related components. - Design and develop solutions using EAI, EBC, Web Services, VBC, Assignment Rules, and e-Script. - Work on product configuration and Siebel integration requirements. - Provide system design expertise and contribute to solution architecture. - Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to finalize requirements and solution designs. - Track requirements and follow up on action items to ensure timely closure. - Ensure attention to detail throughout the analysis, design, and implementation lifecycle. - Drive solutions to completion with a strong focus on results and timelines. Must-Have Skills & Experience: - 8-12 years of relevant experience in Siebel CRM. - Strong experience in Telecom business processes. - Experience with Siebel CRM 7.x and 8.x implementations. - Strong experience in Siebel Order Management and PCM. - Hands-on experience with: 1. Siebel Configuration 2. Siebel Workflows 3. EAI 4. EBC 5. Web Services 6. VBC 7. Assignment Rules 8. e-Script 9. Product Configuration - Experience in Siebel application design and development. - Strong understanding of Siebel integration capabilities.
