What gets added, what gets removed, when it appears in Tokyo versus other cities, - 8+ years of program or project management experience - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements - Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership - Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams - Speak, write, and read fluently in Japanese at a business level or above (N1+) - Experience in Business English skills, both verbal and written
