Field Executive Job Opening in For a Client of TeamLease Digital at Tamil Nadu

Roles and ResponsibilitiesØ Responsible for performing single handed routine/breakdown maintenance activities of CNG system. Ø Upkeep of equipment, monitor spares availability status, analysing failure and reporting.

Ø Daily and monthly condition monitoring of electrical equipment like Transformer, Switchgear, Diesel Generators. Ø Condition monitoring & maintenance of compressors, dispensers, cascades and all other equipment and machinery in plant.

Ø Quick Response to Emergency calls to attend and arrest pipe line damages and gas leakages by third party excavations and ensure that no third party excavations by checking & publishing patrolling reports. Ø Operations and Maintenance of PNG network and CNG stations.

Ø Close monitoring and rectification of every problem pertaining to the mobile cascades and learning the solutions for the problems occurring frequently. Ø Periodical checking of earth-pits resistance, power-factor, and ensuring that they are under permissible limits as per I. E rules.

Ø Maintenance of Equipment in City Gate Station as per schedule to comply with technical and safety audits (both internal and external audits)Ø Preparation of necessary documents for the relevant work. Ø Operation and Maintenance of all equipment based on running hours.

Also intimate superiors for procuring required spares to increase efficiency and availability of compressors, CNG dispenser units and cascades.
