Job Description

We’re looking for a Campaign Manager to join our London-based team, delivering B2B marketing campaigns and events for global tech brands (e.g., Google, AWS, Adobe). This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced B2B marketing environment and wants to deliver high-quality events and digital campaigns. The role will start in the first 2 weeks of September 2026. THE ROLE Seeking a Campaign Manager with a passion for events and digital marketing to join our welcoming agency. This role reports to the Campaign Team Leader. As a Campaign Manager, you will deliver end-to-end digital campaigns for CWO events—including planning, data coordination, email marketing, client communication, reporting, and on-site/virtual event support. This role requires strong organisation, excellent communication, and the ability to work within structured, process-led workflows. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Campaign Delivery & Project Management • Lead the end-to-end delivery of B2B event campaigns. • Manage timelines, milestones, and cross-functional collaboration. • Coordinate creation of campaign assets and content. • Maintain clear documentation and follow structured workflows. • Communicate proactively with internal teams to ensure smooth execution. Delegate Acquisition & Digital Marketing • Develop and manage targeted outreach lists. • Execute email marketing campaigns and automated journeys. • Optimise campaign messaging, scheduling, and nurture workflows. • Conduct A/B testing and monitor performance to inform improvements. • Track engagement trends and report on results. Client & Stakeholder Management • Lead client meetings and manage stakeholder expectations. • Prepare and deliver campaign reporting and insights. • Coordinate timely delivery of client-approved assets and information. • Liaise with event partners and external contributors as needed. Guest Management & Event Support • Manage guest registrations, approvals, logistics, and communications. • Address attendee needs, including accessibility and special requirements. • Support the execution of both virtual and in-person events. Sometimes working evenings*. *lieu time offered in return • Oversee post-event follow-up and feedback collection. Compliance & Data Integrity • Adhere to data protection and compliance standards. • Manage data quality, including unsubscribes, objections, and cleansing. • Ensure all communications and processes meet regulatory requirements. JOB REQUIREMENTS • 1–3 years in B2B marketing, events, campaign delivery or client services. • Experience managing clients and communications. • Ability to manage multiple projects. • Familiarity with CRM/email platforms (Cvent, HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo). • Strong Excel and data-tracking skills. • Experience in SaaS, tech or enterprise marketing desirable.
