Job Summary

You will lead end-to-end product design for mobile and web applications, driving user-centered solutions by conducting research, creating prototypes, and collaborating with product and engineering teams to deliver intuitive, accessible, and scalable user experiences.

Responsibilities

Own the entire design process from identifying user problems and defining journeys to delivering production-ready designs for mobile and web applications Translate product strategy, business requirements, and user insights into intuitive user experiences that balance accessibility and technical feasibility Lead user research, usability testing, and design validation to ensure solutions meet real user needs and inform product improvements Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces that enhance user experience and maintain consistency Collaborate closely with Product Managers to define problems, explore solutions, and influence product direction using design thinking Partner with Engineers during implementation to ensure design intent is realized and refine solutions as needed Establish and maintain reusable design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency and scalability across products Use qualitative and quantitative data, including analytics and user feedback, to continuously evaluate and improve user experiences Present design concepts, rationale, and trade-offs clearly to stakeholders, incorporating feedback effectively Champion user-centered design principles and continuously improve design practices within the product team Manage multiple design initiatives independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams Preferred competencie
