UI/UX Designer - Figma

The Role : This is not consumer-app design. We are building enterprise-grade workflow systems dense with data, multi-step transactions, and complex user journeys. If you thrive on making hard things feel simple, this is your role. As our first designer, you will shape the entire product experience from the ground up the design language, the system, and the standard. You will own : - Intelligence dashboards and data-heavy analytics interfaces - Multi-step B2B transaction journeys RFQs, orders, and contracts - Advanced filtering, search, and workflow navigation - A scalable design system built for enterprise complexity - End-to-end UX from discovery and research to high-fidelity prototypes - Close collaboration with Product and Engineering throughout build What We're Looking For : 3+ years of UI/UX design experience with a portfolio that demonstrates real depth in dashboards, workflow systems, or enterprise products. We care more about how you think through complexity than pixel perfection. You should bring : - Mastery of Figma (or equivalent) components, variants, auto-layout, and prototyping - Experience designing for B2B or enterprise products with real workflow complexity - Ability to conduct user research with non-technical users MSMEs, procurement teams, operations leads - Strong systems thinking you design for scale, not just the happy path - Comfort working in ambiguity alongside engineers and founders The pattern we are looking for : designers who have wrestled with dense data, long workflows, and enterprise users and made it work.
