Position Overview: We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with over 8 years of experience in implementing projects for enterprise systems (ERPs, CRMs, FSM, etc.) and a strong background in the utilities/energy/telecom industries.

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in analyzing client business processes, identifying requirements, and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Engage with clients to understand and document their business processes, needs, and objectives related to field service operations. Analyze and translate business requirements into functional specifications for enterprise solutions.

Conduct gap analyses to identify areas where current systems fall short of client needs. Solution Design and Implementation: Collaborate with technical teams to design solutions that align with client requirements and industry best practices. Assist in configuring and customizing tools to meet specific client needs.
