Job Description
Data Architects are key members of our technical leadership team. They design scalable data architectures that enable clients to make data-driven decisions, while also helping grow our engineering team and strengthen our market positioning.
As a Data Architect, you will lead the design of modern cloud data platforms, own key client relationships, and provide technical and strategic leadership across engagements. You will guide teams and play a critical role in pre-sales, proposals, and practice growth.
You will collaborate with clients to assess, design, and implement modern cloud data and analytics architectures that align with their business processes and strategic goals.
You'll also provide technical leadership, shape data strategy, and develop roadmaps to help clients achieve their goals using the latest technologies. You will lead and mentor technical teams, own key client relationships, and play a critical role in pre-sales and practice development.
You will work closely with your team, including data engineers, analysts, and technical project managers, to create design patterns, articulate technology choices, model data, provide estimates, and work together to deliver a world-class solution.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical skills with business acumen, able to uncover core business needs while recognizing technical constraints and designing pragmatic, future-ready solutions in a consulting environment.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery Partner with clients to understand business goals, requirements, and constraints, and translate them into scalable, secure data solutions. Lead the design and optimization of end-to-end cloud data architectures, including data ingestion, storage, processing, modeling, and consumption.
