Job Title: PeopleTools Specialist Location: 100% Remote (U. S.) Position Type: Full-time, Direct W2 Salary Range: $100,000–$150,000 Annually Experience Required: 6+ years Sponsorship: U. S. Citizens, Green Card Holders, EAD Holders, and H-1B transfer candidates are encouraged to apply.

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced PeopleTools Specialist responsible for the architecture, installation, configuration, upgrade, and ongoing technical operation of enterprise PeopleSoft environments.
Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and support PeopleSoft environments. Perform PeopleTools upgrades , PUM image applications, and patching. Administer WebLogic, Tuxedo, Process Scheduler, Integration Broker, and application servers. Manage Elasticsearch/OpenSearch for PeopleSoft.
Perform system refreshes, clones, migrations, and HA/DR activities. Develop automation using Shell, Python, or Ansible . Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain technical documentation. Mentor junior engineers and support production environments.
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of PeopleSoft PeopleTools administration experience. Hands-on experience with PeopleTools upgrades and PUM. Strong knowledge of WebLogic, Tuxedo, Oracle Database, and Linux/Unix.
Experience with Elasticsearch/OpenSearch and PeopleSoft Cloud Manager. Strong scripting, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
PeopleSoft certifications. Experience with OCI, AWS, or Azure. Knowledge of Terraform, Ansible, CI/CD, and PeopleSoft Selective Adoption. How t
