Network Lead

About the role You will be involved across the full infrastructure lifecycle — from requirements gathering and solution design through implementation, operations, incident management and continuous improvement. This is an opportunity for a technically strong network professional who can take ownership of enterprise network infrastructure while leading a team of Network Engineers . Basic Salary: Up to S$10,000/month + up to 1 month Performance Bonus Contract: 1 Year renewable Work Location: Client Sites – Lavender & Kallang Working Hours: Office Hours Standby: No standby required Security Clearance: Cat 2 – clearance can be processed in parallel Key Requirement: CCNP Key responsibilities • Gather business and application requirements to plan, design, install, test and implement network infrastructure. • Ensure infrastructure solutions meet technical specifications, service levels and business requirements. • Apply and enhance ITSM/ITIL practices covering Change, Incident, Problem, Release Management and CMDB. • Proactively monitor network performance, availability and service levels, implementing corrective actions where required. • Respond to incidents, perform root cause analysis (RCA) and provide temporary or permanent resolutions. • Coordinate incident updates and communicate effectively with relevant stakeholders. • Implement service continuity measures, including backup/restore procedures and disaster recovery plans. • Create and maintain comprehensive network documentation, architecture and operational records. • Lead and mentor a team of Network Engineers, providing technical direction and ensuring operational effectiveness. • Work across multiple countries/regions and coordinate with broader global IT teams. About you • CCNP certification is required. • Minimum 8+ years in enterprise network infrastructure. • Experience leading or supervising a team of Network Engineers. • Strong experience in enterprise network infrastructure, implementation and operations. • Proven experience in network troubleshooting, incident management and root cause analysis. • Strong understanding of ITSM/ITIL processes and service management practices. • Ability to translate business/application requirements into practical infrastructure solutions. • Strong documentation, presentation and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to obtain Cat 2 security clearance.
