UX_UI Designers

Job Summary: • We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 5 - 8 years of experience in designing intuitive, user-centered web and mobile interfaces. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating seamless user experiences, developing design systems, and translating complex business requirements into visually appealing and functional designs. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and developers to define and implement innovative UI/UX solutions. • Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to gather insights. • Create wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, and mockups that clearly illustrate user journeys and interactions. • Design and maintain UI style guides, component libraries, and design systems. • Ensure consistent branding, visual hierarchy, and accessibility across all digital products. • Translate business and functional requirements into elegant, intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces. • Work closely with front-end developers to ensure design feasibility and alignment with implementation. • Apply UX best practices and usability principles to enhance overall product experience. • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies. Required Skills & Competencies: • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, Photoshop, and Illustrator. • Strong knowledge of UX principles, responsive design, and mobile-first design. • Experience designing for Web, Android, and iOS platforms. • Understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development constraints (basic knowledge preferred). • Excellent visual design skills, attention to detail, and aesthetic sensibility. • Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams. • Ability to present design ideas and rationale effectively to stakeholders.
