Technical Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements. - Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications. - Support data transformation and integration efforts across insurance domains. - Ensure data quality and consistency across systems and processes. - Drive process improvements and support Agile delivery practices. - Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle. - Support testing, validation, and user acceptance processes. - Maintain documentation standards and provide customer support as needed. Required Experience: - 69 years of experience in business systems analysis, within Banking Domain. Mandatory Skills: - Strong understanding of Banking domain. - Proficiency in SQL and data warehouse models. - Expertise in data analysis, Agile methodology, and the software development lifecycle (SDLC). - Solid grasp of business analysis techniques and tools. Secondary Skills: - Experience with ETL/ELT processes, data integration, and data quality frameworks. - Familiarity with Master Data Management (MDM). - Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills. - Ability to support customer queries and perform process mapping. Good-to-Have Skills: - Experience with Snowflake or other cloud-based data platforms. - Understanding of data privacy, compliance standards, and technical specification writing. - Familiarity with data engineering workflows.
