Job Description
Role Overview:
We are seeking a high-impact Corporate HRBP & Talent Management Lead to join our leadership team in Gurugram. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to business heads, translating organizational objectives into robust people strategies that drive growth in a fast-paced FMCG/Retail environment. You will navigate complex stakeholder landscapes, balancing the operational demands of the business with long-term talent development initiatives. By fostering a high-performance culture and implementing data-driven talent interventions, you will directly influence employee engagement, retention, and the overall competitive edge of our organization. This is a pivotal role for a seasoned professional looking to shape the human capital agenda of a market-leading brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals, ensuring that talent initiatives directly contribute to revenue growth and operational efficiency.
- Design and execute end-to-end talent management frameworks, including succession planning and high-potential identification, to build a sustainable leadership pipeline.
- Lead organizational design and change management projects to support business restructuring or expansion, ensuring seamless transitions for teams and stakeholders.
- Drive performance management cycles by coaching managers on objective setting and feedback mechanisms to foster a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Analyze workforce metrics and HR analytics to provide actionable insights to the executive team, enabling informed decision-making regarding talent deployment and organizational health.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate complex matrixed environments with a consultative and solution-oriented mindset.
- Proven expertise in designing and deploying talent management programs that improve organizational capability and employee readiness.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex HR strategies to diverse business audiences.
- Strong analytical acumen, with a track record of using data to diagnose organizational issues and measure the effectiveness of HR interventions.
- Possession of a Tier 1 MBA degree, which provides the foundational business and strategic perspective necessary for this leadership position.
- Ability to thrive in an on-site, high-energy work environment in Gurugram, maintaining agility and responsiveness to the evolving needs of the FMCG/Retail sector.
- Minimum of 8 to 10 years of progressive experience in HR Business Partnering and Talent Management within fast-moving consumer goods or retail industries.
