Job Description

Develop and execute procurement strategies that support operational and commercial objectives. Lead strategic sourcing initiatives across ingredients, packaging, equipment and indirect spend categories. Build and manage key supplier relationships while negotiating commercial agreements and service levels.

Drive cost optimisation, supplier performance improvement and risk mitigation initiatives. Establish robust procurement governance, compliance and supplier evaluation frameworks. Collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, finance, R&D and commercial teams on business priorities.

Lead, mentor and develop procurement professionals while enhancing team capabilities across local and international sourcing. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, Engineering or a related discipline.

Minimally 10 years of procurement and strategic sourcing experience within food manufacturing, FMCG, consumer goods or related industries. Proven track record managing supplier negotiations, category management and procurement transformation initiatives.

Experience leading procurement teams and driving organisational capability building. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance cost, quality
