SAP BW Consultant - Implementation

: Immediate joiners or less than 30 days notice period. Job Description : We are looking for an experienced SAP BW Consultant with strong technical and functional expertise in SAP BI/BW. The candidate should be capable of independently preparing specifications, developing BW solutions, supporting implementations, and collaborating with cross-functional and international teams. Key Responsibilities : - Prepare Functional Specifications (FS) and Technical Specifications (TS) independently. - Design and develop SAP BW solutions covering extraction, reporting, enhancements, and data conversion. - Work across both technical and functional areas of SAP BI/BW. - Understand business requirements and convert them into effective BW solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and overseas stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. - Provide technical guidance, troubleshoot issues, and support implementation and support activities. - Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge-sharing activities. - Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely, quality delivery with minimal dependency. Mandatory Skills & Experience : - 6 - 8 years of total experience, including a minimum of 5 years of dedicated SAP BI/BW experience. - At least one full lifecycle SAP BW implementation project. - Experience in one or two SAP BW support projects. - Working knowledge of SAP BI 7.0, BI 7.3, or BW 7.5. - Strong knowledge of R/3-ECC extraction. - Strong hands-on experience in SAP BW data modeling. - Proficiency in BW-ABAP development. - Hands-on experience with BEx and Excel Workbooks. - Ability to prepare clear Functional and Technical Specifications. - Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Skills : - Experience working directly with overseas customers or international teams. - Ability to work independently and learn new concepts proactively. - Strong stakeholder management, teamwork, and mentoring abilities.
