Key Responsibilities but are not limited to: • To lead and manage a team of MSOs to support the operations of the Research Office. • Oversee and manage the research grants administration (including RCAs), research finance, research staff hiring, and ensuring corporate governance of research projects and research integrity. • Organise research events (research seminars/conferences/workshops), and handle research industry collaborations. • To handle research data reporting (statistics/data required by various offices in NTU, external agencies, government organizations and P&T/contract renewals/faculty appraisals). Job Requirements: • At least a bachelor’s degree • Preferably with at least 5 years’ experience in research administration/ graduate program management in a tertiary education institution, with at least 3 years of supervisory experience leading a dynamic administrative team. • Financial accounting knowledge preferred • Strong leadership, stakeholder management and engagement skills • Equipped with strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex issues and work effectively under pressure. • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • High level of commitment and initiative.
